Snack Time

Yesterday was Jacob's day to take snacks to school. I found a recipe for editable crayons and they were so cute. They are actually chocolate covered pretzels and then you wrap them in the paper to make editable crayons. The kids and teachers loved them.

Funny things the boys do and say....

After I picked Jared up from daycare and we were on our way to get Jacob we were stopped at a stop light and Jared said, "that is a red bud tree" and sure enough it was. I said, "you are really smart...how did you know that?" He said that his daddy told him that this morning. He looked out the other window and he said "mommy look at that big tree" and I said "yes it is big" and he said "yeh it is called a green bud." (April 8th, 2010)
