Mets vs. Rangers

We won last night 19-14. Jacob was able to bat 3 times and he hit 3 home runs. I don't know what to think about this boy this year. He has really figured it all out this time and connects with that ball every time. The first time he hit the ball the whole team except two kids ran after the ball and were in the outfield fighting over the ball. One of the ones that stayed in the infield was playing in the dirt and their coach was just standing there laughing and sacking his head. It was the funniest thing ever. All of the kids did really good last night. One other boy on our team hit 2 home runs too.

GO RANGERS!!!!

Funny things the boys do and say....

After I picked Jared up from daycare and we were on our way to get Jacob we were stopped at a stop light and Jared said, "that is a red bud tree" and sure enough it was. I said, "you are really smart...how did you know that?" He said that his daddy told him that this morning. He looked out the other window and he said "mommy look at that big tree" and I said "yes it is big" and he said "yeh it is called a green bud." (April 8th, 2010)

Today on our way home from the mountains Kenny was acting silly and Jacob said that he was being "Retaded" when asked what that meant he said he was when you recorded a movie. I asked him why he thought his daddy was "Retaded" and he said because he is coping me. (February 7, 2009)
Jared and I were in the car and I asked him if he wanted his drink and he said, "No Thanks" and I said, "You're so nice" and he said, "Yeah I am smart". Silly little boy. (January 16, 2009)

The other night on the way home from Nana's, Jared said see my booboo and was showing us his bandaid. Yesterday when the boys and I got home they wanted to go outside and play and I was going to clean my car. We went in the house to get them a snack and I changed clothes. When you see a little black and white animal running across the road and you are praying it does not raise its tail Jared will tell you that you are not seeing a sKunk but instead are seeing a sTunk.
